Complaints & Service Concerns

If something about a vending machine, smart cooler, micro market, restocking visit, product selection, payment experience, or service communication is not working as expected, contact us directly so the issue can be reviewed.

How to Report a Concern

Call (832) 280-8560 or email team@switchvendinghouston.com. Site contacts, property managers, employees, residents, guests, or other users may report an issue that relates to a location we service.

When possible, include:

For a payment or transaction issue, include the location, transaction date, approximate time, item, and amount if known. Do not email a full debit-card or credit-card number, PIN, security code, or banking password.

What We Review

Depending on the concern, the review may include service history, restocking records, product information, equipment status, communications, transaction information available through the applicable payment system, and details supplied by the location contact or person reporting the issue.

Common concerns can include:

Response and Resolution

We will use the contact information you provide to communicate about the concern and any information needed to investigate it. The appropriate response depends on the issue and the applicable customer agreement, equipment provider, payment processor, or other circumstances.

If a correction, refund, credit, service visit, product adjustment, or other action is appropriate, it will be handled according to the applicable facts, agreement terms, and payment or equipment procedures. This policy does not create a separate warranty, refund guarantee, or service-level commitment.

Escalating a Concern

If you believe an issue has not been addressed, reply to the existing email thread or contact us again and ask that the matter be reviewed further. Providing the prior communication or a short summary helps us connect the follow-up to the original concern.

Texas Consumer Resources

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that may be available under applicable Texas or federal law. If a matter involves a consumer transaction and you believe additional assistance is appropriate, information about Texas consumer-protection resources is available from the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division.
